Responsible for planning and implementing academic programs and activities at the program level.
Authorization
a. Determining job priotrity.
b. Gives the performance of the subordinates.
c. Upgrading and signing official letters and documents in accordance with the terms.
d. Reject irrelevant subordinate work.
Responsibility
a. Truth and accuracy according to the work program.
b. The truth and completeness of material on academic and student services.
c. Utilization of infrastructure and office facilities.
d. Smoothness, truth and accuracy of task execution.
e. The truth and accuracy of the report.
f. The accuracy of achieving quality standards of activities.
Department Description
a. Plan, develop strategies and policies that include education, research, community empowerment, resources, student services and promotion and quality assurance.
b. Plan activities and develop a budget plan of activities that includes education, education, research, community empowerment, resources, student services and promotion and quality assurance.
c. Plan activities in the implementation of cooperation / MOU / cooperation agreements between Prodi and other universities, government agencies, and private sector in order to develop academic fields which include education, research, community empowerment, resources, student services and promotion and quality assurance.
d. To plan the competence and career of Prodi's lecturers which includes education, research and community empowerment.
e. Build extra curricular activities, devotion, student organizations, and self-development of students at Prodi.
f. Creating a level of service that can satisfy stakeholders.
g. Prepare yearly operational plan (RENOP) Prodi.
h. Implement academic management information system.
i. Monitoring and evaluating Prodi's activities in academic areas include education, research and community empowerment, student services and promotions.
j. Documenting all product activities in the form of hardcopy and / or soft copy.
k. Preparing accountability reports (LPJs) periodically and memory at the end of office term.
l. Accompanying new officers during the transition for one month after the appointment of the new head of the Study Program.
